This Content Submission Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between just baby, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the undersigned submitter, hereinafter referred to as the "Submitter."

A. Grant of Rights‍

1. By submitting content (including but not limited to photos and videos) to the Company, the Submitter grants the Company an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the submitted content.
2. The Company has the right to share the submitted content on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
3. The Company is granted the right to share the submitted content on its website, newsletter, and anywhere else for promotional and marketing purposes.
4. The Company agrees not to sell the submitted content.

B. Information Collection

1. The Submitter must be 18 years of age or older.
2. The Company collects Submitter's personal information and social media handles, for communication purposes.
3. The Company may inquire about details related to the submitted content.
4. The Submitter has the option to provide information on whether they want to be mentioned on the posted content and, if yes, to provide their preferred social media handle for attribution.

C. Terms and Conditions

1. The granted rights are irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty-free.
2. No compensation will be provided to the Submitter for the use of the submitted content.
3. The submitted content must not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
4. The Submitter affirms they are the owner of the content and have the legal right to grant the rights specified in this Agreement.
5. The Submitter agrees to provide accurate contact information.
6. The Agreement is in effect indefinitely unless terminated in writing by either party and accepted by the other party.
7. The Company's liability is limited to $100.
8. The Submitter agrees to a Release and Waiver, relieving the Company from liability associated with the use of the submitted content.
9. Once published, the Company has no obligation to remove the submitted content.
10. By submitting online content to the Company, the Submitter acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
